I’m Kate, aka bunnah, and I’m in my late-20s. I live in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. I’m married to a wonderful guy (I refer to him as “Jazz” on the blog), and we have a 4-year old black and white ninja cat named Tink and a 3-year-old mini dachshund named Dylan.

I’ve been fat almost my entire life, except for a two-to-three-year period where I had an extremely unhealthy relationship with food and exercise and was thus of a “normal” weight. I quit smoking, finally, a number of years ago and gained quite a bit more weight then.

I’ve got a long way to go to get to where I eventually want to be. Maybe the place I end up won’t be the one I was expecting. In any case, I hope you join my on my journey there.
