Always wanted to attend one of Dr. Ruby's vegan cooking class couldn't make it  because you were out of the area? Well on Sunday, December 13, you can join a special family Christmas themed class from wherever you are - join us virtually and cook along with Dr. Ruby as she makes 2 delicious vegan dishes perfect for your Christmas dinner.

We'll be cooking  up 2 dishes including a show stopping Vegan Beef Wellington (by popular request!) with a mushroom sanuce and a rich dessert.

You'll get the recipes in 5 days in advance in case you want to cook along with her in real time. You'll be able to ask questions during the class via chat and we'll also let you join the conversation at the end.
